Ordering and Terms
We deliver on Fridays between late morning and early evening
Select you delivery date as you place your order at the checkout.
If you forget to select, we will attempt to contact you to confirm. If we can't contact you we will deliver on the next scheduled delivery day.
Orders will be left on the front doorstep unless alternative instructions have been received in advance.
Telephone Orders
Orders can be taken over the phone. Please telephone Sarah on 01509 502108 or 07812 990603 Please leave cheque of cash on delivery.
Online Orders
You can prepay for you order online using Paypal.
Pay by cheque
You can order online using our "pay by cheque" option, payment is collected at time of dispatch. If you're not going to be in when we deliver please make the cheque payable to ‘Raw n Pure’,sign it and leave it in a pre-arranged place for us to collect.
Packaging
The packaging we use is designed to be recyclable. The boxes are intended to be returned and re-used. The bags we use are all compostable (look for the "d2w" symbol) Where we are obtaining pre-packaged produce from other growers this might not be the case, so please check for the symbol before adding to your compost heap.
